Leura Chocolate Boutique

Josophan's - Fine Chocolates is our specialist chocolate 'boutique', at 132 Leura Mall. A dedicated chocolate emporium, we stock our multi-award winning fine chocolates, handcrafted on site using FAIRTRADE CERTIFIED Belgian couverture chocolate and fresh flavour infusions. We also create luxurious hot chocolate, chocolate bars, figurines and confectionery, as well a a range of beautiful chocolate products from around the world, including the boutique French manufacturer Michel Cluizel. We also stock a range of chocolate baking supplies and books.

Whilst our boutique is the home of our fine chocolates, our Leura premises is where we also create our chocolates in our new Chocolate Laboratory. We offer our CHOCOLATE APPRECIATION workshops onsite, and hands-on CHOCOLATE MAKING workshops to the public. More details of our workshops are under 'upcoming events' in the menu bar. Private groups and tours are most welcome to contact us to organise custom tasting experiences.

Let the scent of fresh chocolate entice you to enter, stay a while and enjoy our gourmet food, Josophan's hot chocolate and fine chocolates with High Tea alongside our chocolate focussed desserts, cakes, brownies, and mousse all made with Belgian couverture FAIR TRADE CERTIFIED chocolate.

Open 7 days a week, 9am - 5pm for breakfast, lunch, desserts & housebaked treats all day ... and of course .... CHOCOLATE !

Madeleine Gourmet

We're proud to introduce our range of retail gourmet food 'Madeleine Gourmet' which is now available for purchase in Cafe Madeleine. Our range includes those items that we have always made, our Jam, Chutney, Muesli, Chai tea, alongside some exciting new items that will soon hit our menu and the shelves, including Sweet Dukkah with cacao nibs, cinnamon and hazelnuts grown in Orange, NSW.
