Wedding Cakes

We’re passionate about the use of the finest fresh ingredients at Josophan’s, and our wedding cakes are no exception. We understand the importance of your wedding cake looking magnificent, but just as importantly, your cake should taste fabulous.
The proof however, is in the tasting, and we welcome you arranging a complimentary tasting, and contact us to discuss your individual needs. Our exclusive cake service enables us to provide personal boutique service, ensuring that working together with Jodie, your cake will meet your vision in every way. An indulgent Josophan’s cake can also be plated as your dessert, saving hundreds of dollars from your catering budget.
Our most popular cake, our Mexican chocolate cake, is made from age old
recipe using 70% cocoa solids Belgian couverture chocolate, without the addition of cocoa powder. Some of our other most popular cakes include our Belgian white chocolate cheesecake, and our flourless chocolate torte with roasted hazelnut and almonds. At Josophan’s we specialise in chocolate, and favour fresh flowers and/or chocolate art for cake decoration, but we’re always happy to discuss your individual vision and requirements.
Bonbonniere
A stylish and contemporary gift for guests at your wedding, individual boxes of handmade chocolates are perfect. Our handcrafted chocolates are made using the finest ingredients, and further information can be found under our chocolates.
Josophan’s custom boxes of chocolates for bonbonniere include
boxes containing 2, 4, 6 or 12 individual chocolates, in flavour/chocolate combinations of your choice. Individualised notes for guests can be included in boxes, and ribbons will be co-ordinated with the colours and style of your wedding reception.

Chocolate Fountain
Josophan’s professional chocolate fountain makes a extraordinary addition to 
any wedding reception, amazing guests as they dip delights such as fresh strawberries under a warm, flowing ‘waterfall’ of chocolate.
Providing a chocolate fountain at a wedding reception is also a fantastic way for guests to mingle and interact, moving them out of their chairs to gather together to enjoy the fun of the chocolate fountain. Our chocolate fountain can also be a very affordable option for dessert, catering for hundreds of guests. Best of all, hiring Josophan’s chocolate fountain is stress free, we do all the work, from setting up, operation, and most importantly … clean up!

Catering
To discuss catering options for your wedding, please contact us to arrange a consultation. At Josophan’s we can offer catering at Cafe Madeleine in Leura, for small evening receptions. We also offer catering for desserts, our specialty, with our Petit Gateux an incredibly sophisticated option.
